Shipping & Deliveries

At The Ridge Interiors we strive to process your order as quickly and carefully as possible.

We ship all orders within 1-3 working days after an order is placed. All standard deliveries will be sent Royal Mail 2nd Class and can usually be expected within 2-4 business days.

If we are experiencing higher than normal volume we will reach out to let you know of the delay.

Promotional Codes

Promotional codes may be issued from time to time and can be used on all orders at checkout. 

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. We are here to help if anything isn't right. Contact us at hello@theridgeinteriors.com and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. 

If you're unhappy or have simply changed you mind, please let us know and we'll offer a full refund within 14 days of delivery, as long as it is in its original packaging and unused. The buyer is responsible for the return delivery cost. 

If an item is faulty or damaged, please let us know and we'll arrange for a replacement or refund. We will require photographic proof of fault/damage within 7 days of delivery. We can't refund or replace candles which have been used.

Returns can take up to 10 working days to be processed.

Please ensure you return your items in their original packaging to prevent any damage as the goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
